We are currently seeking adaptable, patient-focused candidates to work within our Ambulance Control Centre in Inverness, South Queensferry, or Cardonald as part of our busy Scheduled Care team.
This role involves national call handling, planning, and controlling our Patient Transport vehicles to ensure patients, where eligible, are provided with ambulance transport suitable for their needs. You will communicate with patients on the telephone, liaise with ambulance crews, Health Boards, and other organisations to ensure the effective running of the service.
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure and with minimal supervision. Strong computer and keyboard skills (at least 30wpm) are essential, along with effective communication and problem-solving skills. Full system training will be provided.

This is a full-time position, 37 hours over seven days, with relief shifts requiring unsocial hours.
