Responsibilities
:
1. Manage the design process from preconstruction through to delivery
2. Coordinate input from consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
3. Ensure design deliverables meet programme, budget, and compliance requirements
4. Drive buildability and value engineering
5. Support and mentor junior team members
Ideal Candidate:
6. Experience as a Design Manager or Senior Design Manager with a main contractor
7. Strong technical understanding and coordination experience across RIBA stages
8. Track record delivering multi-disciplinary construction projects
9. Confident communicator with strong leadership and problem-solving skills
