We are currently seeking a hands-on, data-driven E-commerce Team Leader to join our busy warehouse operation. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a dynamic logistics environment within a large, well-established organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a team in the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce department.
* Oversee order processing, packing, and dispatch to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment.
* Manage workflow and staff performance to meet daily and weekly KPIs.
* Analyse and create data reports to monitor efficiency, stock accuracy, and service levels.
* Collaborate with warehouse and management teams to optimise processes and drive continuous improvement.
* Maintain a high standard of stock control and customer service.
* Support a flexible working pattern including potential weekend cover and rotating shifts.
What We are Looking For
* Proven E-commerce experience - ideally in a high-volume fulfilment setting.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in warehousing and fulfilment operations.
* Strong leadership skills - with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
* Excellent data handling and reporting skills, with confidence in using systems to drive performance.
* KPI-driven mindset, with a track record of delivering against key targets.
* Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours, including weekends and shifts.
Experience in process improvement and lean methodologies.
Health & Safety knowledge within a warehouse environment.
