Salary: £56,667 Depending on skills & experience What you'll be doing: Managing and efficient delivery of a site project portfolio Effectively control and manage project schedules and budgets in order to meet Site and Business objectives Developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships and expectations, with a proactive attitude to supporting/delivering business needs and requirements Providing valuable leadership and team management with a commitment to Safety, Health & Environment within a Construction Design Management (CDM) environment Driving internal improvements in ways of working to successfully follow company procedures and Portfolio requirements Your skills and experiences: Essential: Knowledge of Regulatory Frameworks - Construction, Design and Management (CDM) Regulations Project Management experience Supply Chain Management experience Desirable: Life Cycle & Requirements management Project Finance, Funding and Business Case Risk and Opportunity management Business Change management (incl Performance Measurement Baseline Change Request) Benefits: You'll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan. The Site Facilities Engineering team: You will be directing a team of project managers in the delivery of site related projects. This is a dynamic role with many moving parts to develop skills in, and be within a growing business area and will provide a lot of opportunities to work on exciting and complex infrastructure type projects.
