As an Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
Processing tickets and faults through internal systems and updating end users
Sourcing tradespeople and suppliers in line with service level agreements
Reconciling invoices and purchase orders
Uploading certificates and reports to AMS for individual locations
Supporting the Facilities Manager with calendar management and site bookings
As an Administrator, your experience will include:
Previous administrative experience
Confidence using systems and dashboards to manage tasks
Strong organisational and communication skills
Experience raising purchase orders and reconciling invoices
Ability to work independently and handle ad hoc requests
