We are currently recruiting for day-to-day Nursery Assistants to support our primary schools in Kirkham, starting in September. Our client's building and resources are exceptional and rarely found in a primary school. Ideally, a successful candidate would be familiar with Read Write Inc. phonics and, if possible, continuous provision, which will also be desirable to support long-term applications at this school.
We are seeking TA and special support assistants to carry out the following duties:
* Provide in-class support for the whole class, identified individual students, or small groups of students (e.g., 4-5 students).
* Under the direction of a class teacher or SENCO, develop and lead small group work.
* Assist in maintaining standards of behaviour across the class.
* Help deliver and produce teaching and learning materials for students, including differentiating the materials.
* Provide regular feedback to the class teacher and SENDCO or relevant line manager.
* Support the teacher in setting up the classroom, including daily activities, continuous provision, display boards, pupil journals, and workbooks.

Essential requirements:
* Relevant qualifications (L2/3 TA etc.)
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
* Classroom experience.
* Two references from the last 5 years, including one full child-based safeguarding reference.
Desired:
