AJ Chambers are pleased to be partnered with a legal organisation ranked within the legal 500 who are currently recruiting for a Employment Specialist to Join their Employment team due to growth.
Main Responsibilities:
* Most of the work is high profile contentious or edging towards contentious employment work.
* Individuals working in all forms of financial services, partners in professional services businesses, consultants and senior executives in industry.
* A flexible concept of employment work
* A lot of restrictive covenant, whistleblowing and discrimination advice also covering partnership and LLP, misrepresentation, harassment and stress at work claims that arise
* A good proportion of our work is litigated in the High Court.
Key Requirements:
* Must have 4-6 years PQE within Employment Law
* Really bright with good academics
* Excellent communication skills
* Self-aware and conscientious
* A good team player
