Kickstart Your Career in Sales with a Growing Team!
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Graduate Sales Assistant to join our expanding Sales team and play a key role in supporting business growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop commercial skills and grow into a long‑term sales career.
Responsibilities
* Support the Sales team with lead research, identification, and outreach.
* Qualify leads and engage with prospective customers to schedule calls and meetings.
* Prospect before conferences and set up 1:1 meetings at events with prospective customers.
* Create sales communications explaining our product offering, including preparing proposals, presentations, and email messaging.
* Report on the progress and success of prospecting campaigns.
* Assist the Sales team in preparing update presentations on the customer pipeline.
* Maintain HubSpot CRM accurately and use all features to maximum benefit.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to learn about our product offering and support outreach messaging.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry or another life sciences related field.
* Some post‑graduate experience, e.g., an internship in a commercial role (sales, consulting, etc.).
* Ability to work independently and quickly acquire new skills and technologies.
* Competent user of Microsoft Office.
* Basic knowledge of HubSpot CRM is a plus.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
