The lead guy would require the open reach accreditations SA006 plus Q13, Q19 Q20 and Q21 Both will need NRSWA accreditation Telecoms civils experience is a must One must have first aid General tools required, hand tools a must, machinery would be advantageous Heavy plant machinery xjlbheb can be provided CIS preferred but PAYE options available, pay up to £500 for leader and labourer.
