Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + bonus
Hours: Full‑time, Monday - Friday, with on‑call duties

This Deputy Manager role is based in our Kirk Sandall office and supports complex care services across Doncaster and surrounding areas.
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to support and deputise for our operations Manager, ensuring the smooth delivery of high‑quality complex care.
In this role, you will:
1. Oversee daily office operations and deputise when required.
2. Lead new complex care package setups.
3. Coordinate complex hospital discharges.
4. Work closely with families, commissioners, MDT teams, and internal departments.
5. Support Consultants with care package management.
6. Manage incidents, accidents, and complaints.
7. Maintain full CQC compliance.

Essential Requirements
15. Experience as a deputy manager, care coordinator, or team leader in a complex care or home care setting.
16. Driver with access to a vehicle
17. Ability to support bi‑weekly out‑of‑hours escalation.
