Your Role
Capgemini Engineering is looking to recruit Materials Engineers with knowledge of non‑conformance within aerospace engineering.
Responsibilities
* Provide technical and expert advice across Defence Aerospace programmes with a particular focus on design and supply chain production support.
* Support design of test programmes and analysis of test programme data.
* Investigate engineering development, production manufacturing and in‑service issues using a structured analytical approach and presenting findings clearly and authoritatively.
* Participate in continuous improvement projects.
Your Profile
* Qualification in Materials Science or Engineering, or significant relevant experience. We welcome applications from people with metallic and non‑metallic backgrounds.
* Good analytical skills.
* Knowledge of the gas turbine and its components is desirable.
* Methodical and logical approach to tasks, comfortable with working to deadlines.
