Job Title: Health and Social Care Assessor (Trainee or Qualified)
Location: Crawley and surrounding areas – Home/Field based
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 + BONUS of up to £12k per annum (Salary dependent on role)
Type: Full Time, Permanent
Essential Criteria:
* This opportunity is opentoanunqualifiedAssessorcandidatewhoisseekinganewopportunityawayfromhands-on care, to train and become an Assessor of Health and Social Care Apprenticeships!
* Must have experience of working at Senior level or above within an Elderly care setting.
* Confident to deliver Mathsand English Functional Skills.
* Happy to conduct online remote assessments – and face to face when required
* Must have a good level of ICTskills
* Full, clean driving licenceand use of a vehicle.
* Must be flexible with travel
Responsibilities:
* Assess and support learners working towards Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care (Level 3 or 5).
* Deliver training and support learners with Functional Skills Mathsand English to level 2.
* Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
* Organiseand maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
* Support, advise and motivate learners.
* Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
* Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.
