Eligo Medical are working with a well-established GP Surgery in Nottingham currently seeking experienced Practice Nurses to support their clinical team.
We are looking for Nurses who are confident working within Primary Care settings and are proficient in EMIS Web.
Requirements:
-Valid NMC registration
-Proven experience in GP Surgeries/ Primary Care
-Skilled in chronic disease management (e.g. Diabetes, Asthma, COPD)
-Cytology, Immunisations, Wound Care, and Health Checks
-Confident using EMIS Web
