Our client is a leading manufacturer of Traffic & Commerical signage, supplying signs, posts and associated fittings to Local Authorties and Civil Contrators throughout the South East. Based in Basildon, Essex they are currently looking for a candidate to join their busy Administration/Sales team.Working closely with the rest of the team, the successful candidate will have a key role in preparing estimates/quotations for current and future clients from the initial enquiry through to the order process.Primary duties will be: * Dealing with clients queries and enquiries * Preparation of quotations using Sage accounting software * Production of drawings and specification (Autocad/Illustrator) * Order processing & material purchasingIdeally, some knowledge of Sage accounting & AutoCad would be preferred but not essential as training will be given for what is required.This is an office based role with working hours of Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
