The Role
Are you a natural problem solver who enjoys variety and takes pride in producing polished, professional outputs? We need a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Engineer to support our business development team. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career seeking exposure to global markets, technology-led solutions, and strategic bid processes.
You will research target markets and opportunities, monitor tender portals, and assist in preparing high-quality bids and proposals. Additionally, you will manage and curate a library of bid collateral, marketing materials, case studies, and other assets to support our growth.
This role suits someone who enjoys variety, is a natural problem solver, and takes pride in professional outputs.
What You’ll Do
* Research & Market Intelligence: Monitor tender opportunities, funding calls, and market developments across FIDO’s target regions.
* Bid Support: Assist the Business Development team in preparing proposals, tender submissions, and customer presentations.
* Collateral Management: Develop and maintain a library of sales content including case studies, pitch decks, bid responses, and testimonials.
* Coordination: Collaborate across teams to gather input and meet deadlines for bids and proposals.
* Process Improvement: Help refine sales enablement processes and improve the quality and consistency of commercial materials.

* Exposure to SaaS, utilities, or tech industries.
* Familiarity with bid portals or procurement systems.
