*Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester**HiQ Service Centre – Towcester**OTE up to £40,000 DOE*
We're looking for an experienced *Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester* to join our busy *HiQ Service Centre in Towcester*. This is a great opportunity to work with a growing automotive group that values quality, teamwork, and career development.

*The Role:*
You'll be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, servicing, repairing and maintaining vehicles to manufacturer and warranty standards, while delivering excellent customer outcomes.
*Key responsibilities include:*
* Carrying out *complex diagnostics* across a wide range of vehicles
* Servicing and repairing vehicles to a high-quality standard
* Completing *MOT tests* (where qualified) in line with DVSA requirements
* Accurately identifying faults and advising on the best repair methods
* Communicating progress and issues with the *service and aftersales teams*
* Prioritising workload alongside the Aftersales and Service Managers
* Monitoring job progress and ensuring work is completed efficiently and safely
*Working Hours:*
* *Monday to Friday:* 8:30am – 5:00pm
* *Alternate Saturdays:* 8:30am – 12:30pm
* Overtime available
*What We're Looking For:*
* Qualified *Vehicle Technician* (all levels considered)
* *MOT Tester licence* (preferred, but not essential)
* Strong diagnostic and electrical fault-finding skills
* A proactive, team-focused approach
* Commitment to high standards of workmanship and customer service
