Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Administrator role based in London. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for managing customer orders, ensuring smooth order processing, and maintaining accurate records. The role involves direct customer communication, providing excellent service, supporting the sales team, and handling administrative tasks efficiently. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with sales reporting and ensuring a seamless coordination among team
members.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Customer Service and effective Communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
* Experience in Order Processing and Sales to manage transactions and support revenue generation efforts effectively.
* Strong Administrative Assistance skills, including organization, multitasking, and maintaining accurate records.
* Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and proficiency in office tools and technology.
* Prior experience in a sales or administrative role within the art or lighting industry is advantageous.
* Proactive approach and a team-oriented mindset are preferred.
Key responsibilities:
* Liaise with our clients by email and telephone
* Direct support with the sales team to build quotations in MRP Easy
* Support sales team with management of product samples
* Handle enquiries when clients come into the studio
* Represent the Company in a positive and professional manner at all times; adhering to our company values
Skills and experience:
* Excellent communication & organisational skills and attention to detail
* Good computer skills (ideally Apple Mac) and proficiency in Microsoft Office
* A high standard of written and spoken English
* Experience of working in a high-end/ luxury client-facing role, understanding of clients’ requirements (desirable)
