We are a group of five family run venues focusing on serving up high quality, freshly prepared & delicious dishes every day serving traditional pub food alongside more restaurant lead dishes in a modern pub format. As Sous Chef you will manage & motivate your team alongside the Head Chef in order to achieve the highest standards in food service, cleanliness & efficiency.
You will prepare fresh food to order and make sure you and your team maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety & compliance with hygiene regulations at all times. You will also be able to create Specials Menus & trial dishes for our seasonal menu changes. We are looking for someone with these qualities:
Confidence leading a team and taking responsibility
Passion for serving up great food dishes you can be proud of
A good eye for detail and able to work under pressure
