Working hours: Monday to Friday 0900 - 1700

Role Overview
Due to an exciting new contract win, EMCOR UK are currently recruiting Project Supervisors. As the Project Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing and managing both Facilities Related and Capital Projects, from project inception to completion, through the full project lifecycle. This role requires strong project coordination, communication, and reporting skills to various stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while maintaining high health and safety standards.
What You'll Do
* Preparation of programmes, method statements, and risk assessments.
* Procure labour, materials, and sub-contractors in accordance with EMCOR UK procedures, ensuring waste and costs are minimized.
* Liaise with EMCOR UK management to keep them informed of contract progress and issues.
* Develop a cost-effective, multi-skilled team of technicians based on project needs.
* Manage and supervise EMCOR UK staff and sub-contractors.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including CDM Regulations.
* Maintain accurate project administration files and financial records.
Person Specification
* Educated to HNC / HND standard or equivalent.
* Extensive experience in a similar role.
* Knowledge of operational management disciplines such as quality control and work planning.
* Ability to manage a portfolio exceeding £500k annually.
* IT literacy (word processing, spreadsheets, project management tools).
* Valid full driving license (desirable to have a clean license).
* Good understanding of commercial and contractual issues.
