A well established main contractor working on new build contracts up to £35m is seeking a BIM Manager/Construction Technologist to join their team based in Corby, Northants. Key Responsibilities * Technology Integration: Implementing and managing new construction technologies, from surveying tools to design software. * Design & Coordination: Using BIM and CAD to create detailed, coordinated building plans, ensuring compatibility between architectural, structural, and service designs. * Data Analysis: Sourcing, analyzing, and evaluating complex project data to solve technical problems and optimize processes. * Problem-Solving: Developing innovative solutions for unforeseen site challenges, budget constraints, or technical difficulties. * Technical Support: Providing expert advice to engineers, contractors, and clients on material selection, regulations, and buildability.
