Step into a pivotal role where education meets innovation in haematology care. HCA UK at University College Hospital (UCH) is seeking a dedicated Clinical Practice Educator – Haematology to support, inspire, and elevate our exceptional nursing team.
Based within the world-class UCH Grafton Way Building, HCA at UCH is part of HCA Healthcare’s Cancer Centre of Excellence. We deliver cutting-edge care in systemic anti-cancer therapies (SACT), stem cell transplants, and CAR-T cell therapy – and we’re proud to be at the forefront of haematological treatment.
As our Clinical Practice Educator, you’ll be more than an educator – you’ll be a mentor, role model, and change agent. From onboarding new team members to facilitating specialist learning for experienced nurses, your guidance will help shape confident, compassionate, and competent clinical professionals.
In this role, you will:
1. Design and deliver tailored educational programmes across haematology services.
2. Support nurses undertaking advanced practice and critical care qualifications.
3. Champion clinical excellence through mentorship and skills development.
4. Lead on competency frameworks, induction, and continuing professional development.
5. Foster a culture of lifelong learning and evidence-based practice.

What you’ll bring:
* Registered Nurse – NMC Pin
* Evidence of up-to-date experience in Haematology and Oncology
* SACT Competent – UKONS Passport
* Experience of CAR T-cell therapy and stem cell transplants cancer treatments
* Experience and competency in SACT Administration
* Post Graduate Module in Practice Education
