Role Overview
Join a child‑centred company committed to reimagining the world of support for vulnerable young people. You will support pupils and students ranging from KS1 to KS5, referred by local authorities and schools, delivering flexible, trauma‑informed tutoring and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and report for lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
Training & Support
* CPD and employee mentoring: TES CPD suite and professional mentor access.
* Community and Company Events: Knowledge sharing and resources.
* Referral Programme: Get rewarded for successful tutor referrals.
Qualifications & Experience
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
* 2+ years teaching experience, ideally working with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD in a holistic and trauma‑informed way.
* Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
* Enhanced DBS (facilitated if needed) and 2+ professional references.

Location & Working Hours
You must be based in the UK with the right to work in the UK, even for remote/online jobs. The role is based in Batley, West Yorkshire, with a pay range of £28–£35 per hour and is a contract position.
