Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for Life Sciences and a knack for managing complex projects and inspiring teams? Avantor is looking for a On-site Service Manager to drive innovation and excellence across our customer operations in Slough .
You'll lead strategic initiatives while overseeing daily operations and empowering a team of approx. 19 associates. If you're a people-first leader with a strong background in project management and a customer-centric mindset, this could be your next big move.

How you will thrive and create an impact
Lead and deliver impactful projects in areas like Digital Solutions, Inventory Management, and Quality Management.
Drive continuous improvement using proven methodologies and tools.
Manage project timelines, resources, and documentation with precision.
Site & Team Management
Ensure smooth daily operations and high performance across your team.
Recruit, train, and coach associates and Team Leaders.
Champion process improvements and sustainability initiatives.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
What We're Looking For
Experience : Proven track record in project and people management. Experience in contract negotiation or service coordination is a plus.
Languages : Fluent in English.
Tech Skills : Proficient in MS Office; Power BI and Visio are assets.
Soft Skills : Customer-focused, resilient, adaptable, and highly motivated.
Other : Valid driver's license required.
