About the Role:
As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients office. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Answering and routing incoming calls with professionalism.
Managing the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.
Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assisting with administrative tasks as required.
Maintaining a log of visitor access and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
Providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role is desirable.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail.
A friendly, professional demeanour and a positive attitude.
Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving.
