As Finance Manager you will partner with all areas of the business to help develop and support our business strategies that drive long term sustainable growth. The role is pivotal in developing the finance brand across the organisation through collaborative and effective stakeholder management and value creation through detailed and actionable financial analysis and appraisals. The Finance Manager will be responsible for all financial reporting inclusive of monthly accounts, profitability analysis, working capital performance, budgeting and risks and opportunity analysis. What we will ask of you: Lead financial reporting and analysis, budget forecasting, working capital management, and risk and opportunity assessments to support strategic decision-making. Take financial ownership of the P&L, providing high quality monthly performance reviews, ensuring robust tracking against plan, and providing actionable insights on drivers, trends and performance outlooks. Prepare and present financial reports, P&L bridges, EBIT analysis, Risk & Opportunity overviews and strategic narratives to support the Senior Leadership Team and Board of Directors Act as the financial business partner across the organisation, supporting project bids, cost and profitability analysis. Actively monitor and support cash flow generation through accounts receivable monitoring Effectively manage, develop and enhance robust internal financial controls and governance. Management of FAST Technologies and group company annual audit. Provide ad hoc analysis and provision of financial advice as required to support leadership team in decision-making and monitoring of financial performance. Management of financial regulatory reporting including Government Forms, where applicable Management of the on-site finance team Consolidation of monthly and annual accounts What we are looking for: Essential Minimum 5+ years experience of working in a finance function (including 2 years in manufacturing / operations or project-based sector). Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Good organisational, planning and time management skills. Experience of managing a team and cross function business partnering. Attention to detail, critical thinking with a proactive can-do attitude. Desirable Previous experience of using Sage 200 Part qualified/qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA. What will we do for you?
