Description Security Manager Basingstoke with occasioanal travel to customer & Fujitsu sites across the UK Our purpose is to make the world more sustainable by building trust in society through innovation. As a Security Manager you will contribute to this. Your role will involve Key Responsibilities: Operational Security: Assist the Security Management Lead in the monitoring and maintenance of adherence to security policies and procedures across DNS. Support investigations and resolution of security incidents. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure secure handling of sensitive information. High Level UK Government Security Clearance Knowledge: Understand UK High Level Security clearance handling regimes and protective marking requirements. Assist with high level security clearance induction processes and compliance checks. Crypto (Preferred Knowledge): Support safeguarding of cryptographic items and compliance with MOD standards. Assist with crypto authorization processes and record-keeping. ITAR (Preferred Knowledge): Provide guidance on ITAR compliance for projects involving controlled technology. Help maintain Technology Control Plans and audit readiness. Provide operational support for all security-related matters across the organisation. Assist with compliance and governance activities related to STRAP, cryptographic controls, and ITAR where applicable. Act as a point of contact for routine security queries and incident escalation. Strong understanding of general security principles and risk management. Ability to interpret and apply security policies effectively. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
