About the client

Our client is a world leader in aerospace and engineering innovation, delivering cutting-edge solutions across global markets. Their Belfast site is a key centre of excellence, and due to continued demand, they are seeking a HR & Payroll Administrators to join their team.


The role

As a HR & Payroll Administrator, you will ensure accurate and timely HR and payroll administration, supporting both employees and managers with time and attendance processes. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring payroll accuracy, acting as the primary point of contact for timekeeping queries, and producing essential reporting for HR and management.


What you will do

* Maintain and administer the company’s time and attendance system
* Ensure accurate entry of employee hours, overtime, leave, and absences
* Act as first point of contact for time and attendance queries from staff and managers
* Generate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for payroll and HR analysis
* Manage payroll input sheets, new hire forms, and other HR administration tasks
* Support leave management processes across all types of absence
* Audit data for accuracy, resolving issues proactively


Essential skills

* Minimum 2 years’ experience in an HR or Payroll Administration role
* Proficiency with time and attendance systems and Google Workspace (particularly Google Sheets)
* Excellent accuracy, organisational skills, and attention to detail
* Strong communication skills, able to explain complex information clearly
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities to deadlines
* Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
* Desirable: HRIS or payroll systems experience, additional data entry expertise.
