Receptionist Eurocentral Pay: 12.21 per hour Start Date: Monday Contract: Temporary to Permanent We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our client at their Eurocentral site. Key Duties: - Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a professional and welcoming reception service. - Answering and directing incoming calls, taking messages where appropriate. - Managing meeting room bookings and supporting the coordination of onsite meetings. - Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries. - Providing general administrative support, including filing, scanning and data entry. - Assisting with staff enquiries and supporting other departments when required. - Maintaining reception and office areas to ensure a professional environment. Requirements: - Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is desirable. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional telephone manner. - Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail. - Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy office environment.
