Job Title: Business Development Manager (Recruitment)
Location: Home based (Northwest) with occasional travel to Bolton and Crewe.
Salary: £40,000 starting – with an uncapped OTE which is based on new business invoiced.

Exam works Careers –are looking for an experienced, sales driven individual to join us who has a passion for sales in the Recruitment sector.
Are you, money driven? Goal orientated? Do you work well under pressure, are you able to work to targets, with great organisation skills and the ability to manage your own diary.
This role is heavily phone and field based, and you will be working on both warm and cold leads, therefore we are looking for someone with vast experience in delivering leads, in the recruitment sector with a go getter attitude and hunger for achieving sales and building revenue.
You should have a good understanding of the recruitment process, to be able to negotiate fees and discuss terms and conditions, whilst building credible relationships.
This is not a 360 Recruitment position, this is a prospective and closing position, where you will be prospecting clients daily and working with the Senior Recruitment team, to Identify and generate new sales leads, using various channels, such as lead generation platforms, cold and warm calling, job advertisements and face to face OR online networking events.

Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and maintaining a pipeline of potential clients, working closely with Senior Account Managers and Head of Recruitment, to produce valuable leads and opportunities.
* Focusing on new business calls, emails and field-based activities.
* Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
* Collaborating with the internal wider business to develop strategies for lead generation and existing client introductions.
* Achieve and exceed monthly targets.
* Update CRM/ATS accordingly and ensure all relevant lead information is accurately inputted.
* Manage outlook emails and allocate new business meetings accordingly.
* Conduct face to face and Teams meeting with prospective and existing clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales/business development, within the Recruitment sector, covering the Legal, Clinical OR Insurance industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using systems and Ms applications regularly
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
