Job Description
3. Lead organisation-wide OD initiatives aligned to long-term strategy
4. Design and deliver leadership development programmes and frameworks
5. Establish and embed an EDI framework with clear priorities and measures
6. Further develop and embed the organisational wellbeing strategy
7. Champion psychologically safe, trauma-informed ways of working
8. Partner with senior leaders to influence culture, behaviours, and leadership
9. Conduct organisational diagnostics to identify capability and culture gaps
10. Support talent planning, internal career pathways, and succession planning
11. Oversee apprenticeships and core learning and development programmes
The Successful Applicant
A successful Organisational Development Manager should have:
12. Proven experience in Organisational Development, L&D, or Talent roles
13. Strong background designing and implementing OD strategies and programmes
14. Experience influencing and coaching senior leaders and stakeholders
15. Demonstrable expertise in leadership development and talent initiatives
16. Strong understanding of EDI and wellbeing in organisational settings
17. Confident using data and diagnostics to shape OD interventions
18. Experience managing learning programmes and training budgets
19. Strategic thinker with the ability to deliver hands-on implementation
