The Role: Nursery Practitioner
We’re seeking at least two dedicated, caring, and motivated Nursery Practitioners to join our team on Castle Lane. If you love working with children and want a role where you can make a real impact every single day, this could be perfect for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Creating engaging, age-appropriate learning activities
* Supporting children’s emotional, social, and educational development
* Building warm, trusting relationships with families
* Working closely with a supportive, friendly team
* Helping maintain a safe, stimulating environment for all children
What We’re Looking For:
* A real passion for early years childcare
* A positive, energetic, and caring personality
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Ideally a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or working toward one)
* A commitment to providing high-quality care and magical moments daily
