Overview
Friday 8am till 6pm & Saturdays on a rota 8am till 1pm. Location: Bristol. Benefits: 22 days holiday, Free eye tests, Free flu vaccination, Company events, Staff Discounts.
Responsibilities
* Arranging Service Department bookings.
* Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
* Upselling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans.
Qualifications
* Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor.
* Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System experience.
* Previous experience in Upselling.
* Full manual UK Driving License (subject to driver’s check).
