We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Swim School Coordinator to help us deliver an outstanding Learn to Swim programme. You'll play a key role in managing swimming lessons, supporting instructors and ensuring every swimmer gets the best possible experience.

As part of our swim team, you'll be responsible for overseeing lesson administration, coordinating swimmer progression, and working with our instructors to maintain high teaching standards. You will be expected to shape and grow the swim programme and drive membership development. This role is based at Pershore Leisure Centre, but operational across all sites.

The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and the flexibility to work on a shift rota basis working weekdays, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
