Overview
Albrighton Hall Hotel & Spa, a member of Radisson Individuals is an 87-bedroom hotel beautifully placed in the Shropshire countryside, with a full leisure club, health spa, meetings and events to compliment the hotels oak room restaurant and 1630 bar. A 4* hotel, perfectly situated for business and leisure, sat within 15 acres of gardens and woodland. Responsibilities
* You’ll assist the Spa Manager in the day-to-day running of the Leisure and Spa facilities ensuring a consistently high level of service is offered to our guests. You’ll go above and beyond to provide experiences that will delight our guests and support the business in building regular, repeat custom.
* Carry out a range of treatments to an extremely high standard, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
* Mentor and support any new Therapists who join the team in all treatment procedures & products.
* Ensure treatment rooms are maintained to a consistently high standard.
* To ensure high standards of cleanliness and service are achieved in all designated housekeeping areas.
* To ensure that a good level of product and local knowledge for guests when requested.
* Flexibility is important with this position. The successful candidate may be required to work varied shifts including weekends with a range of working hours from 9 am - 7 pm.
* Complete reception shifts, taking bookings, payments and welcoming guests.
* To ensure that all complaints are handled appropriately, escalating wherever necessary to the Spa Manager or Duty Manager in their absence.
* Complete out any other reasonable tasks requested by Management Team to aid the smooth running of the Spa department.
Qualifications
* Experience in delivering a variety of treatments.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
* Attention to detail
* IT proficiency
* Communication skills
* Relevant certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent).
