About the Role:
We’re looking for a Recruitment & Admin Officer to help us hire and manage cleaning staff across the UK. You’ll be the go-to person for candidate communications, data management, and administrative support, working closely with our operations team to keep everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct phone interviews with potential candidates
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records
* Track recruitment data using Excel
* Organise emails and calendar appointments in Outlook
* Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks
* Take calls and detailed messages when necessary
Salary & Benefits:
* Monthly salary: R7,000 – R9,500
* 40 days annual leave
