The role
We're looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join a well-established Group finance team, supporting the business through effective, accurate and commercially minded credit control.
This role plays a key part in managing customer relationships, protecting cash flow and supporting order release acting as a trusted interface between the business and its customers. You'll manage your own ledger, work closely with internal stakeholders, and take real ownership of outcomes.

What you'll be responsible for
1. Managing outstanding sales balances through proactive customer contact and relationship building
2. Ensuring timely payments and negotiating repayment plans where required
3. Authorising orders in line with credit limits and risk appetite
