Job Summary
The Management Accountant plays a crucial role in the financial health of our organisation. This position is responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting skills and be proficient in Excel and Sage.
Duties
* Hands on, all encompassing role
* Process insurer invoices and payments
* Maintain cashflow forecast
* Produce monthly management accounts
* Credit Control

* Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide recommendations for improvement.
* Ensure adherence to internal controls and FCA regulatory requirements in all financial activities.
Skills
* Proficiency in accounting software, Sage Line 50 and Excel.
* AAT qualification or finalist
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
* Experience in financial accounting and reporting practices.
* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
