What you'll do
Lead and inspire a talented team of engineers and technicians across a portfolio of varied structural projects.
Shape conceptual designs and deliver high-quality outputs - from drawings and reports to creative engineering solutions - across all major materials (concrete, steel, masonry, timber, etc.).
Apply your deep knowledge of Eurocodes, British Standards, CDM Regulations, and best practices to produce safe, sustainable, and cost-effective designs.
Oversee budgets, resource planning, and project delivery - ensuring technical excellence and commercial success.
Mentor junior colleagues, nurture future talent, and champion a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
Represent the company at design meetings, client discussions, and industry events, strengthening relationships and reputation.
Contribute to business development, fee proposals, and strategic growth initiatives.
What you'll bring
Chartered Membership (MIStructE or MICE) - or close to achieving it.
SER certification (or eligibility to apply).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Tekla, and Revit.
Strong communication skills, leadership capability, and a passion for problem-solving.
A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for innovation in structural design.
