Commercial Property Solicitor (locum) 5+ PQE, Suffolk, GBP 40 - GBP 50 per hour, office-based/hybrid. An opportunity for an experienced commercial property solicitor to join a well-established firm and provide locum support to the team on an ongoing basis to cover permanent recruitment.
* A respected law firm seeks an experienced locum commercial property solicitor (5+ years PQE) to provide support during permanent recruitment
* The role involves handling a wide range of property transactions, including complex matters, requiring strong commercial property expertise
* You will manage a varied caseload, including sales and purchases, remortgages, refinancing, commercial leases, and construction contracts
* Responsibilities also include reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts, leases, and transfer deeds
* This assignment suits a solicitor available to start immediately and commit on a full-time ongoing basis
* Support is provided by a legal secretary and wider team members
* The role is primarily office-based, but hybrid working will be considered
