MANUFACTURING ENGINEER My client is a contract electronic manufacturer specialising in producing complex electronic and electromechanical equipment in small to moderate volumes. They partner with a wide range of businesses, from start-ups to major OEMs, to deliver high-quality, reliable manufacturing solutions. They are seeking to recruit a Manufacturing Engineer to work closely with and oversee the engineering group. This role involves organising the engineering activities of a small team while maintaining a hands-on approach, particularly supporting the New Product Introduction (NPI) stages of PCB and electronic unit assembly. You will work closely with customers and in-house production, quality, and procurement teams, providing regular reports to management and representing the Engineering group at internal and external meetings. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Manufacturing or Process Engineer to step into a supervisory position while remaining technically involved in day-to-day engineering activity.
