Childcare Locum Duration: 6 months Hybrid working with office and court attendance required We are currently seeking an experienced childcare lawyer to join a well respected Law Firm to undertake the work of a number of Local Authority clients. Duties will include: Managing a caseload of between 8-12 care cases dependant on experience Undertaking advocacy in person on hearings such as CMH's and IRH's Providing sound legal advice to the childrens team on a range of complex child protection matters The role benefits from a good paralegal and legal assistant support. This is a 6 month role. Full-time hours preferred however 4 days or compressed hours will be considered. We are looking for a qualified, Solicitor, barrister or FCilex with extensive public law childcare experience.
