Our Boston based consumer brand company is looking for an Ecommerce Marketing Manager with 7+ years' experience for an immediate 20 hour a week contract; looking for someone to help set and drive the ecommerce strategy. Experience with Shopify as well as industry experience in CPG or retail required for this role.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage Shopify Ecommerce site in a strategic way that delivers growth and performance for our valued partners
* Manage and improve a subscription program
* Focus on opportunities to create digital journeys that improve conversion rates, sales, and digital experience
* Manage on-site SEO optimization and work with the international digital team collaboratively to optimize traffic management.
* Make recommendations meant to drive subscriptions and growth of the website
* Develop meaningful brand and ecommerce sales growth on behalf of our valued partners by leveraging the tools and team support provided
* Conduct testing and prepare recommendations
* Analyze traffic and sales data to identify opportunities to improve digital performance through merchandising, messaging, UX and more.
* Prepare and analyse performance reporting and lead the team to achieve performance goals
REQUIREMENTS
* Must have Shopify Ecommerce platform management experience
* Strong technical skills with high level of proficiency in Shopify and a working familiarity with web development languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, Liquid).
* Experience with A/B Testing
* Website management experience
* Must have a strong attention to detail and effective communication, ability to communicate with using proper grammar and accurate spelling at the client level and withing marketing campaigns is a must
* 4+ years brand marketing, ecommerce management and direct marketing experience required
* Demonstrable experience of website management and optimisation for a D2C brand.
* Must be highly organized and performance driven
