Hours:Monday to Friday
Salary:£25,000 £31,000 per annum (depending on experience)

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Hire Desk Controller to join a leading name in the plant and equipment hire industry. What Youll Be Doing:
Managing inbound enquiries for equipment hire via phone and email
Accurately processing hire orders and ensuring all details are captured correctly
Coordinating closely with customers, drivers, and depot staff to guarantee timely deliveries and collections
Liaising with the workshop to confirm equipment availability and turnaround times
Providing clear, friendly, and professional responses to customer queries
Maintaining up-to-date records and supporting the smooth running of daily operations
What Were Looking For:
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the hire, plant, or construction sector
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of organisation
Confidence using computer systems and industry-specific hire software
Ability to multitask effectively and remain composed under pressure
