Job Description
The Finance Assistant will;
* Respond to financial inquiries and provide financial expertise when required
* Downloading information and recording on relevant databases and trackers
* Housekeeping of data/files on local drive
* Email mailbox maintenance - high volume
* Processing of Real Estate Account invoices into property database
* Supporting Real Estate team with progress on workload backlog
* Adhoc duties assigned by team leader / team manager
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
* A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
* Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Strong ethics, with a high level of honesty and integrity
