Job Purpose: As a Customer Service Advisor at UKSM, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless order fulfilment. You'll have the opportunity to engage with customers, resolve inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to provide optimal solutions, embodying our core values of perseverance, accuracy, knowledge, teamwork, respect, and dependability.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries via calls, emails, and social media messages.
* Resolve post-sales concerns and issues with orders, ensuring a satisfactory resolution for both the customer and the company.
* Liaise with warehouse staff and suppliers to address order processing issues and ensure timely completion.
* Utilize your organizational skills and time management abilities to multitask and prioritize various customer queries effectively.
* Collaborate closely with team members to maintain a cohesive and supportive work environment.
Qualifications:
* Strong English language skills (reading, writing, speaking).
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* A dedicated team player with a friendly and professional phone manner.
* Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage multiple objectives simultaneously.
* Familiarity with e-commerce businesses and/or warehouse operations is advantageous.
* Previous experience in customer service, whether in-person or online, is preferred.
* A proactive and initiative-driven approach to work, coupled with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
