Health Technology Appraisal (HTA) – Associate Director
Join Petauri Evidence as an Associate Director for HTA, leading UK‑specific strategies to secure positive recommendations from HTA bodies such as NICE, SMC and AWMSG. The role requires expertise in UK health policy, evidence generation and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* HTA Strategy & Submissions
o Develop and execute UK HTA strategies aligned with product lifecycle and NHS priorities.
o Lead preparation and delivery of HTA submissions to NICE, SMC, AWMSG and other UK bodies.
o Ensure compliance with UK HTA guidelines and evolving regulations, including NICE methods updates.
* Evidence Generation & Analysis
o Identify evidence gaps and design UK‑specific cost‑effectiveness and budget impact models.
o Oversee systematic literature reviews and economic modelling tailored to UK payer requirements.
o Collaborate with clinical teams to integrate UK HTA needs into trial design and evidence planning.
* Stakeholder Engagement
o Build strong relationships with NICE, NHS England and devolved nation HTA agencies.
o Provide strategic input to UK pricing and reimbursement negotiations.
o Engage with external experts, patient advocacy groups and policy stakeholders.
* Leadership & Advocacy
o Represent Petauri in UK HTA consultations and scientific advice meetings.
o Educate internal teams on UK HTA trends, NHS policy changes and implications for access.
