About the Role
As a Learning Support Assistant in Doncaster, you will provide essential support to teachers and pupils within the classroom. You'll help deliver engaging learning activities, support pupils with additional needs, and encourage a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils, including those with SEN.
Assist teachers in planning and delivering tailored learning activities.
Promote pupil engagement, participation, and confidence in the classroom.
Support behaviour management and positive learning routines.
Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to meet pupil needs.
Candidate Requirements
✔ Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or similar role (desirable).
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach to working with children.
✔ A genuine passion for supporting learning and development.
✔ Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).
✔ Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning are advantageous.
