Your Role as an SEN HLTA
* Deliver tailored academic and behavioural interventions (1:1 and small group)
* Lead and support structured learning sessions in partnership with teaching staff and on-site therapists
* Assist in creating and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategies
* Promote emotional regulation, independence, and consistent engagement in learning
* Serve as a key adult figure, nurturing trust and stability in pupils\' school experience
What We\'re Looking For
* HLTA Status (Level 4 or equivalent qualification required)
* Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN—especially in specialist or therapeutic settings
* A calm, proactive, and reflective approach to behaviour and communication
* Ability to commute to Bedford.
* A clear commitment to ongoing professional development and SEN best practices
