JOB ROLE:- SEN TEACHER
LOCATION:- B13
SALARY:- £160-£250
We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and nurturing SEN Teacher. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is committed to helping children with a range of special educational needs thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
As our SEN Teacher, you will play a key role in creating a safe, positive and engaging learning environment where every child feels valued, understood and supported. You’ll work closely with the SENCO, support staff and families to ensure each pupil receives the personalised support they need to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with diverse SEN profiles.
Work closely with the SENCO to develop, review and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Create a positive, nurturing and structured classroom environment where children feel safe and motivated to learn.
Use a range of strategies to support emotional regulation, communication and social development.
Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and external professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality support.
Monitor pupil progress and maintain clear, accurate records

Requirements
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
Two professional references.
Proof of right to work in the UK.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
