We have an exciting opportunity for a Staff Nurse to join our well-established team at Pirton Grange. Located in Worcestershire, Pirton Grange is a specialist nursing home supporting people over 18 with neurological conditions such as dementia, Korsakoff’s syndrome, Huntington’s Disease, & Acquired Brain Injury. We also support individuals with physical health needs, challenging behaviour, and forensic histories.

Rated as Good by CQC, the service provides small wards dedicated to specific needs and conditions.

Role Responsibilities

* Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, values, and support the staff team to do the same.
* Provide direction and be a role model, facilitating best practices and outcomes for patients.
* Promote and uphold the rights, dignity, and respect of patients at all times.
* Maintain confidentiality of patients, colleagues, and the organization, unless there is a risk involved.
* Use effective communication skills to ensure accurate information sharing.
* Adhere to all security requirements and attend relevant training sessions.

Role Requirements

* Qualified nurse (RGN, Mental Health, or Learning Disabilities)
